This year the Groundwork FILBA arranged the 3rd annual Global Literary Festival in Buenos Aires. Festival routines are divided into distinct sections, have been carried out at 9 web sites, with over twenty-five company from overseas and fifty of Argentina, between which stood out John Coetzee (Nobel Prize for Literature 2003), Kjell Askildsen, Luis Chitarroni Dag Solstad, Ermanno Cavazzoni, Minae Mizumura, Martin Caparros, Martin Kohan, Joao Gilberto Noll, Mempo Giardinelli, and many other individuals.
