Adults And Kids Can Play At Spongebob Games

Spongebob Games has over two dozen Flash games and mini-games based on the characters from the cartoon program Spongebob Squarepants. All titles are free to play, suitable for children and adults, and work on any computer with a high-speed Internet connection and Flash Player installed.

In Spongebob Squarepants the player guides the title character throughout the undersea realm of Bikini Bottoms. He can interact with other characters, buy items, talk to people, and ride around on a sea horse. It is a relatively simple game that any age or experience level of gamer can play.

Adventure-based titles include Ship o Gouls, where the main character must escape from the Flying Dutchman pirate ship, and Dunces and Dragons where a princess has been kidnapped and must be rescued. Spongebob's pet snail Gary must also be rescued in the game Dutchman's Dash.

There are also several titles on the site that are based on real sporting events, such as Jellyfish Shuffleboard and Sponge Boarding. Slammin' Sluggers is based on baseball, while Avalanche at Plankton's Peak includes skiing and an obstacle course.

Younger children might find titles such as Plankton's Krusty Bottom Weekly and Spongebob Dress Up more fun than the more involved titles. Here they only have to take pictures of characters behaving in funny ways, or dress up the title character in a selection of silly outfits. All games located on the site are suitable for children, however, so parents need not worry that they will play something too violent or graphic for their age.

Most fighting-style titles are not suitable for younger gamers, but Bikini Bottom Bust Up on Spongebob Games has no blood or extreme violence. Gamers can also try their hand at popping bubbles in the Bubble Busting Game, or throwing pizzas in Spongebob's Pizza Toss. And they can race against the clock to get ingredients to the Krusty Krab on time in Delivery Dilemma.
